An in depth study of the word anointing will reveal that it alludes to fatness. Isaiah 10:27 says “the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.” In biblical times, two oxen were yoked together by a piece of wood that would be placed around their necks. That piece of wood ensured the oxen went in the same direction, to plow a field. If one of the oxen got too fat, it would cause the wood around its neck to break and thus let that oxen go free. This is the illustration being given to us about the anointing. The anointing within and upon, will remove spiritual leanness and break off all ungodly yokes! Time to get fat!
