  • Users understand that the principles, concepts, teachings and beliefs presented here are Biblical/Christian in nature, and that the Ministry (Natacha Byrams Ministries/GGates) aims to maintain the integrity of scriptural accuracy in the information it presents. Those of different faiths are welcomed to engage but must be respectful of the Ministry’s purpose and objective of promoting Christian values and beliefs.
    • This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Natacha Byrams Ministries (The Ministry) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of this website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Natacha Byrams Ministries.
    • Personal Identification Information
    • We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, fill out forms, respond to surveys, subscribe to newsletters and connect with us via other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for information appropriate for services rendered including: name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or credit card information. Users may also visit our Site anonymously.
    • We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, understanding that it may limit their engagement on the Site. Information shared is confidential and will not be shared.

      • The email address Users provide for order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.

    • The Ministry can at its discretion, update this privacy policy at any time. Subscribers will be informed of privacy policy updates via email. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. Users acknowledge and agree that it is their responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

    • By using this Site, Users signify their acceptance of this policy and terms of service. Those who do not agree, are encouraged not to use the site. Continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
    • Discrimination
    • The Ministry does not discriminate against age (although users must be 18 years or older to participate in online courses without parental consent). The Ministry does not discriminate against race, or religious preference.
    • The Ministry reserves the right to teach, counsel, pray and promote the principles taught in the Holy Scriptures;  the Bible, in order to fulfill its purposes. All those who engage with the site, despite religious preference, sexual orientation, age, or race will receive these same teachings. Users who engage with our site, assume full responsibility and consent to the terms and regulations.
    • In chat portals or pages where comments and information are shared voluntarily by the User: such comments must not contain profanity, vulgar speech, speech that is disrespectful or dismissive of others in the chat forum, or towards any content on the page or site. The Ministry reserves the right to terminate post interactions with Users who violate this policy.
