All responses are given within 36-48 hours, M-F. Weekend submissions are processed on the following Monday.

• GGates consultants are NOT mental health professionals. They have religious/theological degrees and have been trained to apply biblical principles to issues and problems people face in order to bring them to a place of freedom. They act as online pastors. We believe the word of God sets people free.
